1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Bonfy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Bonfy provides an AI-powered collaborative development platform that includes:
- AI-assisted coding and code review
- Real-time collaboration workspaces
- Project templates and deployment tools
- Developer community features
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
4. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all code, content, and materials you create using Bonfy. We claim no intellectual property rights over your creations.
The Bonfy platform, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by Bonfy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
- Distribute malware or harmful code through the platform
- Abuse or overload our infrastructure intentionally
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
6. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance via our status page.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bonfy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
